View Full Version : Whats Wrong with the Forum?

The pages aren't refreshing, the new posts in the tool bar either tells me to wait 1 more second for the search every thirty seconds or brings up a the last page I saw, so I have to F5 it to refresh to the correct one..... Are yall messing with the forum or something?

And now when I log out then log back in it says that I am not logged in. So I hit the home tab and I am magically logged in.....

I think it's related to the caching system. I even had knownhost themselves on here last night checking it out. I think it's xcache doing it. I might switch back to APC but xcache is a little faster. I don't see this problem at all on the VB4 testing site.. so who knows. We'll be switching over in a few weeks, hang tight.

I have to refresh all the time to update the page I navigate to.

when i click on new post it says wait 11 seconds. then after waiting more than that, i click new posts again and it says the same thing.

Thought I had figured out what was causing this.. strange. I guess it must boil down to xcache then. Hang tight in there, VB4 will be here soon enough and I haven't seen this problem at all on the test site.

When I try to go to my CP, it logs me out.

Now when I submit a post, I get a database error.

And avatars aren't showing up.

The move has screwed something up man. Nothing to do with the forum, something hasn't copied over correctly. Trust me when I tell you that I've been trying to figure it out for a bit now.
